3. Your contact request
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to answer your request. Without them, the form cannot be sent. Last name and subject are optional. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Messages are handled by Sophie. Netlify Forms receives and stores requests; notifications are intended for sophie.bletterie@gmail.com. The website’s technical administrator, as administrator of the site’s Netlify account, may access data needed for technical support. Access must remain limited to authorised persons.
Please do not detail symptoms, diagnoses or treatments in this general enquiry form, or send medical documents.
4. Cookies and service choices
The site does not load Google Analytics before you agree. If this service is not configured, it does not load at all. Reviews are text embedded in the site, without an external widget or tracking specific to their display. “Accept all”, “Reject all” and individual service choices are available in the preference panel. Refusing does not prevent reading pages or contacting Sophie.
Your preference is stored locally in your browser for 180 days. Change it anytime through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future loading; if a service has already loaded, the page reloads. Analytics cookies on the site’s domain are then removed where the browser permits.
Cookies belonging to third-party domains cannot be removed by this site; manage them in your browser. The site adds no advertising script, retargeting or personalised advertising.
5. Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is intended only for simple visit measurement, after consent and configuration of its identifier. The site’s code does not send message content, email addresses or form values. Query strings and URL fragments are removed from transmitted addresses; Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this code.
6. Google reviews, Calendly and Escape
A selection of 19 reviews published on Google is reproduced in this site from screenshots supplied on 10 September 2026. Five distinct reviews are drawn at random each time the page is displayed when JavaScript is available; otherwise, five fixed reviews are shown. Text and displayed names are reproduced without rewriting, in their original language. Months refer to the visits recorded, not precise publication dates. This selection is updated manually and does not necessarily include every review on the listing. Reviews express personal experiences and do not guarantee outcomes. Their display loads no external service and sets no tracker. The Google link opens that service only when you click it. To request a correction or removal of a reproduced testimonial, email sophie.bletterie@gmail.com.
Calendly loads within the page only after explicit activation. A direct link is also available. The Strong & Mindful Escape page and its interest form are hosted on this website. Email address, language and consent are used only to share information about upcoming editions. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms.
7. Providers and transfers
Hosting and forms use Netlify; the destination mailbox uses Gmail; Calendly and Google Analytics are involved only as described above. These providers may process some data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on their contracts, subprocessors and account settings; exclusive storage in France is not claimed.

8. Exercise your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
